During these unusual times, our thoughts are with those who have been affected by COVID-19. Here at The Plumber Guy, we are closely monitoring updates and recommendations from the CDC and our local health officials.
We are focused on taking appropriate steps to keep our customers and staff safe, as we want to continue to provide the level of service and care that has made us the area’s leader in plumbing services. While some of these measures may change to meet federal, state or local guidelines, we are doing everything we can to stay on top of updates and adjustments we need to make to keep you and your family healthy and safe.
UPDATE ON SAFETY AND HEALTH MEASURES
- Our technicians and office staff have been equipped with disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer and have been briefed on appropriate safety measures to take in your home.
- Employees are wearing gloves, masks, and shoe covers when necessary.
- All employees are closely monitoring their own health. If anyone shows or reports signs of illness, we are requiring them to remain at home.
- If we don’t shake your hand, we mean no offense. We just want to minimize the spread of germs to keep everyone healthy.

We also ask that if you have been exhibiting any symptoms related to COVID-19, and you have recently had service, to please call us so that we can help ensure the health and safety of our team members and other customers.
We cannot emphasize enough that the safety and health of you, your families and our employees is our top priority. Should we have any other announcements related to changing protocols, we will update this statement.
